As far back as I can remember, I experienced headaches that would last 2-3 days and a few times a month. My parents would take me to the doctor many times and was given many prescriptions. Finally, at age 19, I saw my first chiropractor. The pain went away with one adjustment! Now, when a headache arises, an adjustment takes care of it. The experience with the chiropractor sparked my interest to the point that I went back to school and eventually graduated from, at the time, Parker College of Chiropractic in 1996.
I attended Brigham Young University where I first majored in English and minored in Greek and Roman Mythology. That changed when, at 25, I decided to go to chiropractic school
I currently teach at Dixie State University as adjunct faculty in a gross anatomy lab setting. Students range from pre-nursing to pre-med. One of my nerdy dreams is to get a math degree and I am currently taking upper calculus and math courses on my way there.

Although I graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2003, my journey really began as a very young boy learning herbs and holistic healing from my Mother. Fresh from graduation, I started my first practice in Hurricane from 2003-2005. Following about 16 years spent in Idaho (Kooskia) and in Northern Utah (West Valley City to Santaquin), in 2021 it was time to return to Southern Utah. In conjunction with Chiropractic, there is a strong foundation in Holistic Health using clinical nutrition, Eastern Medicine, ancient healing arts, and spiritual/mental/emotional work. Throughout my professional years, I’ve intensely studied Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Gregg Braden, Dr. Bradley Nelson, Karol Truman, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Anthony Robbins, Napolean Hill, Dr. Robert Gilbert, Steven Covey, Dr. Matsura Emoto, Eckhart Tolle, and many, many others. It is called a pleasure to now reside in the St. George area with my wife of over 25 years, most of my children, and a huge portion of extended family. When not at the office you may find me spending time in many outdoor and/or indoor activities and sports. I love to practice what I preach by being active and using mind, body and spirit work on a daily basis to maintain health. I’m seeking opportunities to share and assist in our communities as a speaker, presenter and Holistic Health practitioner. Let’s visit soon, I’m looking forward to meeting you and exploring how I may serve you and your loved ones.
